First Week Updates

I had a wonderful day getting to know your children, and I am looking forward to a great year with each of them! There are a few updates I'd like to share with you:

-Students will need to wear appropriate shoes for P.E. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

-Our school day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00. All students should be picked up by 3:15. 

-Weather permitting, we will have outdoor recess daily. However, if the heat index exceeds 95 degrees, we will have indoor recess. I highly encourage students to bring water bottles to drink throughout the day.

-There will be a Parent Meeting on Thursday, August 4th at 6:00 p.m. I will discuss important school and class information at the meeting, including procedures and expectations for the school year. Please make it a priority to attend. 

-Be sure to use the blog and your child's planner for Homefun assignments. Homefun is assigned nightly and due the following morning, unless otherwise noted. 

-The annual $25 supply fee is due as soon as possible. This fee covers your child's planner, communication folder, and testing materials. Checks may be made out to CSPN. Please remember, this is not the same as our support drive.
